The defensive force index is a measure of the countrys' defenses, how many batteries and defensive things you have. This is the one you need to use for purposes of levels up to level 5. The DEFENSE force index (average), or plain defense index, is calculated as follows: Defensive force x 2, + offensive force, + strategic force, all divided by 4. (This comes into play at level 5 and above). FYI, you will probally often see these abbreviated as DI, OI and SI. Hope that helps, CraftyCockney. |
