When I check the requirements to level up to level 2, it says: "Transportation Level (average) -- 63 -- 75 " So I've got an average of 63. But when I go to the Transportation screen it says: "Transportation Index -- 92.20" My Road / Rail / Water are 97 / 98 / 89 respectively.
Am I missing something? Is there a bug? Thanks |

I'm leveling up to 3 and I need 1.00T net cash. My net cash is zero T averaged. Problem is I have assets (=net cash) better than that, or at least the average of my real cash levels should show 750B. The figure of an exact zero suggests to me some other problem.
