I've Bought more wepons, more tanks and planes, my army size is increasing, and this is all in the defense category but it just won't increase to 75 for lvl2. AnY suggestions? |

23k Defensive Missile Interceptor Batteries and then just wait as your index will not rise immediately it will take a few days.

what about it? you don't need to raise offensive index for any special purpose. if you're levelling, just buy defensive weapons because they are more efficient. if you're not levelling, just buy whatever offensive weapons you need to offend people with. |

The depths one is free to stoop with the benefit of anonymity.
While we're off the subject, MIBs are the best option for leveling up, but what do experts consider an effective defensive army? Surely the DI numbers are close enough between weapons that a working defense will build the DI almost as well as purely MIBs.

No it won't trust me... your best bet for gaining a good perspective of an effective defense are to join a larger fed or to be decent enough to gain entrance into one of the many war feds.
