When one is trying to obtain larger quantities of scarce resources, do you get faster delivery with several small quantity orders than with one large order. For example, I have been waiting for 9 game months for 1,000 interceptors. If I had placed 10 orders of 100 each, would I have gotten some of the planes by now?
