My slave just got quaked. I only conquered it on the weekend and it was battling to begin with. My home was effected too. What happens with this? Do I take it on the chin and move on? Do I need a hit of Medical and Construction stuff, or something? Slave has 4B and 200B debt that I didn't have last I looked, so it's going backwards.

Hi, Dexter - I wouldn't worry too much. A while back I had a major earthquake. It destroyed a corp or two but, apart from that, there were no consequences that I'm aware of. Indexes, employment and country score weren't affected as far as I could tell -- I confess that I don't study the numbers like I probably should -- despite dire reports of casualties.

I just found the Disaster Relief page. It's a bit mind boggling. I got a relief package from Stalin but between us decided it probably just did it's thing with out me doing anything. Turns out I have to deploy it, I think. Still people dying every month. Numbers in the hundreds so not tradgic. Heartless bastard!!

In trying to build recovery units, I'm a little surprised to find I have -611m units of construction in The Riverland. Considering I have a corp in both The Riverland and home country Nullarbor diverting all product to The Riverland, this seems to be a glitch that is stopping a lot of things from working.

Dex, I can't comment on your particulars, but my advice is to just wade through it as a learning experience. Good luck and hang in there.

Actually, now that I know a bit about what is required and how to go about it, I'm looking forward to being much better prepared. Thinking I might devote my next Slave (getting a bit ahead of myself) to all the companies and resources it takes to build relief packages, and be able to offer some advise to go with it. Finally be able to offer something back!

You just need to have what it tells you that you need. You don't have to do anything else to them. Just make sure you have them set up or sent to you.
