Milliardo Peacecraft (Kebir Blue) | Thursday, February 12, 2009 - 06:35 am Hi! I'm a new and inexperienced country leader here, and I'm facing severe shortage of teachers and university teachers in the Republic of Naona and as a resort my education index is down to 65.94 now. Do you have any suggestion in how to boost the speed in creating more teachers? |
Daelin (Little Upsilon) | Thursday, February 12, 2009 - 08:44 am What you're doing seems to be the best idea for you. You've already adjusted your education priorities to reflect an increased priority for teachers and university teachers. It'll take a several game months before you start noticing a significant uptake in your levels (it takes time to shift the educational priorities of an entire country). However, it's possible someone would exchange with you some number of teachers and university teachers for some low level managers and some workers. I would be glad to do it for you, but unfortunately, I don't play on Kebir Blue. |
Kiteless (Kebir Blue) | Thursday, February 12, 2009 - 11:55 am Worker exchange proposal sent from Kitonia to The Republic of Naona. Send me a message, a proposal or post here if you require more - I have plenty to spare of both. |
DexterK (Kebir Blue) | Thursday, February 12, 2009 - 12:42 pm Damn Kite, you got in before me. I've been kulling teachers for months. How do you set up the worker exchange and what is an honourable ratio of quality for quantity? Dex. |
Kiteless (Kebir Blue) | Thursday, February 12, 2009 - 03:58 pm To set up an exchange proposal: Click Departments >> Labor >> Exchange professionals with others. Enter the country name you wish to exchange workers with and this brings up the available workforce in both countries. The system is configured so that total salaries on both sides must be within 20% of each other to prevent the sender from taking advantage too much. If a proposal is requested that is not within this parameter, the system tells you the total salary figures for both sides to help you make an adjustment. Proposals yet to be accepted can be retracted if necessary. This is a very useful tool for arranging your worker resources. |
