i just moved 3 corps(full production and hiring) to a different country and now the production and hiring are in 15%, is that normal? |

It will increase 15% each game month until it reaches 100% Hiring in 7 game months.
15%-30%-45%-60%-75%-90%-100% |

Yes. As long as there are enough unemployed workers to staff your corp available. The level will increase 15% per game month. If you moved the corp to a country that was short on workers or where there is a salary competition going on, have fun. You could be in for a long ride. |
