Yellowgreeceking | Tuesday, December 30, 2008 - 06:05 pm im at war with a AI country, but when i move one of my units to attack it says moving to then the coords but it never moves... ive got gas but it still wont move... what do i do? |
Aleksander (Little Upsilon) | Tuesday, December 30, 2008 - 09:59 pm It takes a couple of game days before units can cross the border. If you read the unit's log, it will tell you that you are not at war. |
Alexander Platypus (Little Upsilon) | Wednesday, December 31, 2008 - 01:55 am always read the log when stuff like this happens also make sure notihng's blocking its path, such as an enemy fort/base/airport, or another country's border |
Yellowgreeceking | Wednesday, December 31, 2008 - 02:14 am on the log it says moving to... and im moving inside my country |
Pathetic Sheep (Little Upsilon) | Wednesday, December 31, 2008 - 02:58 am You can also try refreshing the map. Sometimes the unit is at the new location but the picture is old. The war map updates when you shoot at something. In the real world, photographs of cars don't move but that does not indicate a problem with the car. Enemy units and bases also block your units and prevent motion. That will be stated on the unit's log. |

Keith Allaire (Little Upsilon) | Thursday, January 1, 2009 - 11:15 am I had the same problem today when I was raiding C3s for disaster teams. In my experience, it takes about ten game days. Interestingly enough, SF don't seem to have this problem. Yes, there is the lag of getting them paradropped, but I found that to be about half the time with 300 military transport aircraft organized into the proper units. I was also able to drop the SF sprinkled throughout the country, meaning overall faster painting. Might be an alternative to consider |
Aleksander (Little Upsilon) | Thursday, January 1, 2009 - 02:11 pm I have never been able to get the transports back though. How do you do that? |
Keith Allaire (Little Upsilon) | Thursday, January 1, 2009 - 10:56 pm I airlifted them back. You'd have to move the SF to within 100 km of an airport, though. |
