Three times I have ordered nuclear defense batteries and associated missiles. The orders always initially appear on the pending deliveries list, but then they disappear, they dont show on the list of defensive weapons and I'm pretty sure they are paid for (though can't be 100% sure because I've bought other arms too at the same time).

I have a garrison blue print with more NDB than standard, for two installations but the NDBs dont show up there either, or the missiles.

Any ideas what could be happening to them?

They were supplied to your deployed and unfinished garrisons.
