In a country, the local market is the market based in that country's territory.

How does this work for a CEO? Is the local market all the corps within the enterprise, or is local as in the local contracts are offered in the country each individual corp is in?

Frankly either answer seems possible, but it would be more useful if local contact offers were for corps within the enterprise.
