I can't seem to preform IPO's on any of my corporations in my countries, which is odd because I've been able to do it as long as they have 200B in value.

The corporations I've tried to do it with have a value of over 400B and they have at least 40B in cash with no debt. Is there a limit as to how many public corporations you can have in your country?
