anouk (Little Upsilon) | Thursday, October 16, 2008 - 12:30 pm Hello everyone, I had played simcountry for a while a few years ago but since it did not go so well I stopped playing(too many contracts with my own country. I started playing again yesterday/became a full member. I THOUGHT it would be a good idea to superboost my corporations to a 200% quality/efficiency so i did. I also bought about 2m population from the game master. My education/health/transportation idnex are steadily climbing when I gradually add more roads/education and hospitals when I can. But I have problems with low employment levels in corporations. They have only about 10 percent employment end production. I am trying to get more highly trained workers because I guess thats what my coproration needs. But is there an easy way to see what my corpotation needs (and which is not available now) and what my unemployed peoples profession is? I know i can view in the corporation what people they need to function at 100% productivity but then i still dont know if these people are not available on the market or if they are not recruited because other groups are not available (so to keep from having shortages). Thanks in advance, Greetings, Anouk, |
Travis Goeringer (Kebir Blue) | Thursday, October 16, 2008 - 04:58 pm With low employment levels, you have 2 options. One, you can close some corporations to free up workers for your other corporations. Two, try doing worker exchanges with other countries to fill the shortages that you have. I personally would do a combination. |
anouk (Little Upsilon) | Thursday, October 16, 2008 - 10:31 pm Hello, yes but i find it difficult to see what my excact shortages are... I am thinking high leve lworkers because i upgraded all the corporations with superboosts. But where can I precicely see what my country needs? because all the levels i see are for 100% production but then i still dont know what the country needs because i suppose corporations dont employ pepope if they dont need them, wether they are just not available or not hired because they would be lazing around isnt specified... So, how can I see what my country needs? Greetings, Anouk, |

That will show you how many you have and need in each category.
