Warren Buffett (Little Upsilon) | Thursday, October 2, 2008 - 01:47 am Which one is better for the country? I want to make some of my state corporations public and give the ownership through the share market to my enterprise. Is public more profitable than private and state? |
Petra Arkanian (Little Upsilon) | Thursday, October 2, 2008 - 01:57 am The best for your country will be Enterprise Controlled Public Corps (ECPC). The best all-around? That's another consideration altogether. |
Angus88 (Little Upsilon) | Thursday, October 2, 2008 - 10:46 am Best profit potential for a single party is Private corporations. Most potentially profitable corp in general are Country Controlled Public Corps, these corps can reach max quality, but are not hindered by production taxes they can reach over 100B profit a year. |
Angus88 (Little Upsilon) | Thursday, October 2, 2008 - 10:48 am Technically you could use this massive profit as wages generating massive income tax revenues, so I'm not sure which kind of public corp can being in the most revenue to a country. |
Warren Buffett (Little Upsilon) | Thursday, October 2, 2008 - 04:28 pm Thanks, anyone know if its better to have country controlled public or enterprise controlled public? |
Stuart Taylor (Little Upsilon) | Thursday, October 2, 2008 - 06:31 pm I would go Enterprise public any day. Simply becasue you don't have to manage them as a president..... |
Angus88 (Little Upsilon) | Friday, October 3, 2008 - 09:31 am Stuart odds are you will be controlling them with your own enterprise, as you would be very lucky to find a CEO nice enough to make their corporation truly public for you. I will know for sure which kind of truly public corporation is better for your country in around 45 game years Warren (takes a long time to get to 4000 salaries). |
Andreja Gligorijevic (Little Upsilon) | Friday, October 3, 2008 - 08:32 pm While we're on the subject: Max upgrade for state/national corps: 200 Max upgrade for CEO corps: 225 - 230 Max upgrade for truly public corps: 250 Output quality is maxed at 333, with the exception of truly public's, which I've seen (my corps) produce at 370 quality. Just by those baselines, a corp run by a president, vs a CEO, all else being equal, will generate less money. But, everything can be screwed up (apparently, with me as the CEO, the smart bet would be on ANYONE else, even a president - provided the president ISN'T me!) Good luck with your money hunt Warren! |
