I'm particularly (and impatiently) interested in when DFI index updates and when Levels increment.
But I also think it would be cool to have a general table of what happens on which days. If anyone has info but not the inclination to make a table here, give the info and I'll make the table. |

I believe all country functions update on the 8th of each month. An exception would be contracts, which go through on the second day.
Enterprises are a little later, maybe the tenth. |

I think my DFI just went up on the 10th, but I can't swear that I didn't miss it on the 8th. But whenever it did, the Level didn't go up with it. When I click on the link of achievements needed for Level 2, it still shows the old DFI with a red x next to it. So that's got to get checked on some date other than when the DFI itself changes. |

I should have another chance to observe this, soon. When my indexes (especially DFI again) catch up with the assets that determine them, I'll be at Level 3. Then I'll have to learn the intricacies of leveraging some Enterprise assets to pick up others as rapidly as is safe. |
