sarted with a dollar 25 cent,by time I was done walked away with 10.25
Mayhap not a proffesional I just wait a couple hands while everybody gets drunk.I set and watch them play before I get involed...It works for me,people are not so wise with there decisons or there money when they're loaded on jim beam.
Don't get me wrong I was drinking with them so as not to look supisious,lol.
I was just taking 1 shot to there 3.
My grampa always told me be supisious of wild parties and card games,lol.Hard habits to break. |

Yes sir,in the olden days of gambling and,my ancestors golden days.When they fought bravely,aginst unbearable odds.
I wish then they praticed what my gramps taught me,maybe our kind would not have caught such a bad wrap.
But then they used it for that to hype the braves up for war,they should have praticed a little less at the drinking,stayed supicious of evrythingand moved further north instead of thinking all hoped up on fire-water they was a match for the repeater rifle,and organized calavary.Thus the great last battle for the sioux.Custers stand,lol.

Wiskey..bah..I'll pound most of a 5th of Congac and still school you at a game of checkers. I rarely drink too. I guess I could handle it because of my Scandinavian Ancestry and the fact that Good Booze is Good booze.
I have to agree with you Partially on the subject of why the Natives lost. Europeans had been practicing full scale warfare for Thousands of years. Gun powder and industry added in means the Europeans had a definite advantage. However, I'd have to say, Smallpox and other imported diseases were the main factor in the fall of the North American Native empires.
/Side note- Originally The Vikings landed in South East Canada. We wanted Wood for boats, houses, shields and Wooden Kegs. Needless to say, we got our butts whooped and decided that Europeans were easier to bully and then pulled out of the Americas. |
