The Republic of Andamans,and the Federal State of Porto are in dire need of aid from the Security Council.
The Republic of Andamans and the Federal State of Porto are newly established republic, and due to the civil war on the formerly Formosan islands, the economy and the indexes are in a sorry state.

As the President of the Republic of Andamans, I humbly request the SC to grant 2T unified aid to both:
1. Republic of Andamans
2. Federal State of Porto
