The only direct assistance the security council can give a nation, is a small financial bailout, to lift a country that is cash negative, back to being solvent.
Your nation has over 2 trillion $ cash, and 18 billion $ per month in profit, for a total of 7.5 trillion $ in total assets. Chances are, you aren't even eligible for security council aid, because your nation doesn't need it.
New nations often have problems, that is why the game gives them the beginners income booster, and login bonuses to help them, while they get their feet.
Continue to build up your Education index. Once your education system is large enough to produce the high tech workers you need, your nation will be doing fine. Until then, the beginner boosters are giving you hundreds of billions of dollars to keep you going.

You didn't receive any aid supplies because you didn't request any. People didn't even know you had an earthquake till accused them of not caring. If you need disaster relief supplies, please detail which supplies you need, so that players are actually able to help you.
Additionally, there is no need to type in all caps, it doesn't get your point across any more effectively to yell. Please try to be respectful of other players on the forum. We are here voluntarily to help one another, attacking each other accomplishes nothing.
Security Council Membership is determined largely by score ranking, meaning it is typically staffed by some of the most experienced and successfully players, who have a detailed understanding of how the game works. Many of them are willing to help new players. However, simply being part of the Security Council doesn't require them to help you. It isn't a democratically elected position.
