why buy the country ammo automation when i have this off.
And i have all the army not actief and the need ammo why ?

Inactive troops still use ammo and manpower, but at a reduced rate. I believe it is 50% according to the documentation. |

It is because they are considered reserves rather than inactive. Reserves still need to train on the weekends  |
