Nicholas The Great | Sunday, December 27, 2015 - 05:23 pm CEO friendly country with: 112 welfare 10% tax 1 State salary @ 250 (to absorb worker shortages first) State salaries @ 275 (to buffer CEOs from worker shortages) High emphasis on graduating high tech workers Peaceful country Current CEO-owned corps are fully employed, @ 110%+ production, and haven't had worker shortages since I took over the country. Will use gold coins to purchase population if your new corp causes a worker shortage. I'm a paid premium player and won't abandon the country. If there is enough interest, I will start closing the state-owned corporations to free up workers for your corporations. jdlech | Monday, December 28, 2015 - 12:24 pm I only exploit those populations which are offered as slaves I do not have to feed, clothe, house or pay. I will be providing lower management with whips and upper management pistols. Will this be a problem? My enterprise may need a lot of gas. |
Nicholas The Great | Tuesday, December 29, 2015 - 04:09 am It would also benefit you to occasionally execute 1/3 of the upper management, lest they feel above slave status. It's best to often remind the plebs they are meaningless, lest they try and rise against us. |
jdlech | Tuesday, December 29, 2015 - 11:43 pm Tis the purpose of the gas. You get more work out of them when you occasionally demote them to slave status. I use my own breeding pens as my model of an efficient operation. Pain and fear are the only two tools a ruler needs. Cause enough pain and fear alone will suffice. Though the occasional object lesson keeps the memory fresh. |
