Hello again Volvolia my friend,

Thank you for the worker transfer. I am noticing a disturbing trend. One day I have over 100 K of HT Engineers and then *bam* they drop to 10 K, just like that *pow* gone. I realize that factories will upgrade but that does not explain why tens of thousands of HT Engineers suddenly vanish.
