I have currently got 24 defence helicopter and interceptor units at unit quality 285/286 that can be transported and flown over to defend any of your countries that are under attack by another player.

I was also a former NLUO member many real months back who has experienced wars with it's former enemy federation HYDRA. I generally keep a low profile now but I feel it is the right time to help any players who needs an air defence for their country fast, much like calling in mercenaries in a war.
