With a friend of mine, we have a Federation with small and peaceful countries. The ideology statement of our Fed Is: "The purpose of this Federation is to share resources, prosperity and well-being among member nations"; if you are agree with our ideology you are welcome.
The name of the Fed is "Neutral".
