well, their used to be 2 chat prgrams, one via SC, and one via a private player via IRC.
the SC chat was rather, well, abrasive. while the IRC chat contained more even tempered players. ironically, the abrasive players pretty much ran off the mild players, then the GM chased off the abrasive players.
thing is, players are going to be players. the game seems to be reworked to invite, encourage, and groom one type of player. how ever, that same type of player, is generally more passive, and less involved. leading to less interaction.
nothing worth talking about happens with out a little testosterone. really, we should be celebrating victrorious warlords, rather than changing the rules to discourage their presence. |

Well you get morons like Wendy in the chat and forums who think they can say and treat players however........that is what makes the decent players leave. Why would anyone want to pay money and play a game where they are continuously harrassed, played/toyed with by someone who comes into chat under 500 different personas??? It's lame, it's juvenile, and stupid. Not worthy of people's money or time.
If the GMs got rid of Wendy and her type....I say good riddance. If the chat and forum posts have declined, it is probably because the GMs finally got rid of all the abuse and multi account posts and chat appearances. I say, BRAVO! |

Bollox, it's the type of people that can deal with Wendy that are needed to liven up chat and forums. Just look back at old forums to see this.
Immature nonsense repeating the same old ha ha ha stuff does not encourage interaction in the long run. Of course fun does but it also needs 'testosterone' as Josias says. You all would do well to listen to what Josias says. Clever dick loud mouth n00bs and shoes wont cut it alone.
Interaction has been beat out of the game. Guess we can stick with it in our little bubbles and see what might happen or bugger off. The choice is yours. |

Of course you would disagree with me, Crafty. I think it is mental and sick for players to get some sort of pleasure in a game to have such testosterone, as you put it, to be abusive to others especially when they know it upsets someone. That is MY opinion. Obviously someone "dickless" in life, to use your term, and trying to muster some sort of power or control in their life.
I don't prefer to be around people like that or associated with them or those who support that type of behavior.
