Thursday, March 28, 2013 - 08:00 pm  Inauguration Speech: Warning: Players who don't care, don't read! You have been warned. I'm glad to be the New Sec. General of NLUO. Thank you to those who voted for me and supported me with propaganda and shoes. This is a new change for the NLUO and a new era. I want the era to be known for its growth in activity, progression and respect. I look forward to growing registered number of members, activity of players in discussion and usage of the organization. I know my next goal will frighten, surprise, and blow player's minds, but I feel it will support NLUO in the long run. I would like to work with current elected officials, active members and basically everyone within LU, who is willing to voice an opinion as Stuart has already, to reform the structure and production/effectiveness of the NLUO. Ultimately, re-defining and emphasizing player progression through trade, development, aid and defense for victims against aggression. I can promise less spamming due to the Heading of this Topic ^^^ and personal regulation of the post. This will be the only NLUO discussion starter and spamming zone. New ideas, discussions and votes will be shown here or linked from here to the NLUO forums. Thank you for your time, support and shoes. He did it. A few days later, Hezzanub comes back and pretends it didnt happen and that he is still its leader lol In the end, a combination of several hundred nukes on each of their members, invasions then letting them keep the country to build up massive debt, boycots and whatever security council resolutions we could get (i had a few people on there too lol) we managed to get NLUO into massive debt and one by one they all just quit the game lol

Just remember it is important to surround yourself with competent and trusted advisers when you are leading any organization. A leader is known by the company he keeps and not just his own deeds. Of course, you may just be applying that old adage - Keep your friends close but keep your enemies closer. That too has merit. Although I disagree with any form of world government I think you are a good man trying to do the right thing. I wish you success in your endeavor to reform your organization.

| Wednesday, April 3, 2013 - 03:33 pm This is my position. The game was designed to have both paid and non-paid members. Whether you pay to play or not should not be an issue with anyone. Every player should have a right to a say, and every player is an integral part of this game. I don't think it is really Hezzy's intention to talk down to newer players to discourage them from playing but as a means of smack talk, per se. My only concern is that some may be discouraged by this attitude which comes across as snobbish. We are trying to encourage people to play the game, paying and free. Free members may eventually become paying members. Whether or not we are on the same side in the game, all of us as players should encourage new players and help them get established and interested.

| Wednesday, April 3, 2013 - 04:20 pm The NLUO has been the topic of conversation for many months. As the NLUO is now led by a new team of leaders, I think it is important to clear up some misperceptions and to have a clear statement made as to what exactly IS the NLUO and how it is to interact with other federations on LU. To many of us, the NLUO comes across as a federation in and of itself. The NLUO does have a federation set up within the game, and there are members assigned including SweetPea who has issued verbal war threats against Hydra and BME, relative to the conflict between her and Jackseptic...and well everyone who gets in her way, so to speak. The message that comes from this is that she is acting on behalf of the NLUO if she wears that banner. This creates confusion, as there are BME, Hydra and LUDO members serving within the NLUO structure. From my federation's standpoint (BME), we recognize NLUO as an organization of leaders across many feds. BME however does NOT take direction from and is not governed by said organization. I think I need to state this very clearly. As to Hezzy's war memo advertised above...... while delightful and VERY creative and fun, sends the message that NLUO IS involved. By what I'm hearing from Gil, the NLUO is not involved at all. I am confused. Things need to be made VERY clear.

He echoes the sentiments of alot of long standing players in this game as it relates to the NLUO and the past behaviors of its leadership. I think it is you that doesn't understand. While I love you to pieces, you have to see the other side of what the community has seen all these months. They will be skeptible. They will be leery. It would be foolish to not be. The community took a lot of crap from you, Lord Lee, James, and SweetPea. Some think the new leadership will continue in the same fashion. Only time will tell. I think that the concept of the NLUO as a federation is great, but as an organization of all federations included, I do not see how it can work. What is its purpose? It only creates confusion within the game amongst federations. There has to be clear lines of loyalty or it is all a mess, especially in times of war and conflict.

I would'nt say he was dumb for destroying the catholic churches as he knew exactly what he was doing. I believe it all started because he could'nt get a divorce from his first wife and probularly mainly because the catholic churches were that wealthy, I believe their yearly income was about 5 times higher than what the kings income was across his country, so he looted them of all their treasure and destroyed them. This was driven mainly by greed, but it's a shame most of the catholic churches and abbeys that were destroyed during that time lay in ruins now as you can see in our country today. I think the protestants (the anglicans) that is, could have took them over, not destroy them. So whatever you may think of Martin Luther and his ideas, he was the best thing that ever happened to europe as he had guts to speak out against the oppressive and corruption of the catholic church at that time. I am proud of the fact that I am an English Anglican, it has gave us a sense of nationalism and belonging but I am not against any religions that exist in the world, like how the way you are.

| Saturday, April 6, 2013 - 10:04 pm It does'nt, it only corrupts them, but it was the only way to get our own church established, which was famously known as the "reformation". There was a lot of "knock on effects" after the reformation as you could say he is to blame for a lot of religious wars long after he died. For example, the English Civil War in the 1600s or the Persecution of the protestant Hugonots in France in the 1700s. But you should'nt worry about the anglican church being so different to the catholics, because in terms of their ways there is'nt really, i've heard our church is the closest to the catholic church and it is as I know that for a fact. For the other protestant religions in England such as Methodists, reformists and baptists, they follow the more extreme ways in how they practice their religions.

Protestant religions just wanted more freedom unlike the Religious Ruled Catholic Spain, which killed thousands who were slightly believed to be Heretics (Protestants). But once thing I learnt is never to argue about religion as it gets you nowhere. Nice Lorelei now I know 1 American Catholic, and I'm sorry Ontario, didn't do it on purpose, just got mixed up with the nationalities, now I know a Canadian Catholic. Though I think Quebec has plenty of French Speaking Catholics.

That is not something I have the ability to do Mr. Cameron. Hydra's position on this matter has been and currently is that the NLUO has the right to do whatever they desire until it infringes on the right of Hydra or its allies. The NLUO has proven many many times it cant even begin to enforce any of their world dominance policies. Personally I don't mind their silly games, I like games, that's why I play this one! However, they do seem to enjoy the negative attention they garner from the community. I guess there are all types out there as Im sure you are well aware of!

It is the constant and annoying nature of NLUO's current leaders, and indeed its current philosophy which I absolutely hate. NLUO in its current form is nothing more than a powerless meddler pretending to be an all-powerful "world government". In fact, the concept of a "world government" is nonsensical in this game. If NLUO was to evolve into something resembling the United Nations, which would be represented fairly and equally by every Federation on the planet, then the organisation can work. King Hezika the Stupid and Lord Blue-arse are running NLUO as a delusional shambles of theoretical stupidity. A vote for Tom Morgan is a vote for sanity. Good night.

It is a haven of multi account abusers and those who like to stir crap in chat by coming in under other namess. This is silliness really that creates chaos and mistrust in the game. It's a standard practice of these players. We fight this battle over and over and over with them, to no avail. If the NLUO is such a good, non biased, helpful group, then tell me why Hezzy is sending out messages, putting Wendy in charge of the NLUO military and war threats are being made against my fed, BME, Hydra and what not. This sends an entirely different message to me and should to the entire world of LU. It is because of these war threats, these bad behaviors that I asked my members who joined the NLUO to choose which direction in the game that they want to play. It is my personal opinion, that the NLUO will never be a WIN situation for anyone as long as Hezzy and SweetPea are involved, and I may even go so far as to add Lord Lee to the list. I hate to see game talent and good players like Gil and JMC being sucked into NLUO's manipulations and game farce. If that makes me the bad guy or gal in my case, so be it. Attacking me with stupid chat games (WENDY and HEZZY!), playing multi nonsense, issuing war threats isn't very diplomatic or cool when you are trying to garner support for the NLUO. You HAD BME's support until such behavior resurfaced from your group.

The NLUO is going to a structural reform to better fit the needs of the people of LU. There are new members of the NLUO climbing up the ladder of power to help the NLUO to see its vision as a government for the people and by the people of LU through economic, Militaristic, and social political cooperation through the NLUO. We want to thank Hydra for their help in the growth of the NLUO, and changes in the NLUO. Hydra has played an vital role in the reshaping of the direction of the NLUO. Also thank you to all of the new members of the NLUO. You have sparked a fire under the old guard that we have not seen since the inception of this government. It is time for change, and these new players are going to bring it. I want the world to know that I will be taking a back seat to the new Secretary of State, President Tom Morgan.
