I took over the country of Newcastle recently. Okay, whatever. Then I took a State business and made it a Public one, okay whatever. Then I sold shares of the company San Carlos Cars down to where I remained at 85% control. Okay, whatever.
The corporation has gone into a tailspin. Because I sold shares of a succesful company. A total tailspin and I do believe the company will bankrupt. I just don't understand. Go Public= Go Bankrupt?

The corporation you mention has no loans, $200B cash, and makes a profit.

I think you are wondering why market value went down. You will find the answer in the profit payments graph that show massive payments from the company to the corps owners in April 3107 and May 3108 of $20B each.

These payments are deducted from profits to determine net profits for which market value is based. You will also notice the "net profit last year" at negative $4.38B even though it had profits of (positive) $7.5B before these profit payments.

Exactly Aries. That is what I do not understand. The corp. is making money at a respective rate but the company is retracting in growth. I just don't get it. It was valued at over $1 billion and now is now bleeding money. It is making good profit. I just don't "get it"

Thank you Aries, i think I am starting to get this. 1) Profits will be paid no matter what the situation is in the company TO the owners. 2) This "profit payout" will have effect on NET PROFIT per month. The shareholders want their money, right?

Something is still strange. I feel as if i am being punished for trading shares of this company on the Stock Market. Something does not fit.

Dont read too much into the MV of the corp Jabnet. You received your payment for selling that 15% of shares, now the profit is divided 85 to you 15 to others. You were told that IPOing is a one off payment traded off for long term loss. You need to understand how it all works before you dabble in this. Be glad you tried it and are learning from it. Shares can make you good money. IPOing always messes with the MV anyhow, you will see it sort itself out over time, depending on corp profitability and market demand on cars

Goodbye corp. there you go. Now just blow away like a pile of leaves. Goodbye.

"Newcastle" - sorry everyone, but I did the best I could.

You should run your corps better to keep them from going bankrupt.
