The Democratic Union of Mandella & The Democratic Union of Libress
Both have an 8% tax rate. I dump all my pop purchases into Mandella, and it has the highest welfare index, but Libress has more unemployed pop. Also feel free to bid on any state corps. |

Just added 3m pop, so anyone can build as many corps as possible. Taxes at 30% but the rate is decreasing at 3% a month to 15%. |
