Hearing Relevance: He has acted in a manner that has resulted in the world war through the hostilities of this President. This hearing is to find out the intentions of President Shave in his actions as a hydra member, and NLUO world government official. Hydra was created to destroy the NLUO, and as soon as President Shave became a member of Hydra he became an enemy of the state. If found guilty of these allegations, President Shave faces a level 7 felony. LEVEL 7 FELONY: KICKED OUT OF THE NLUO WORLD GOVERNMENT FOREVER, STRIPPED OF THEIR EMPIRE, PRESIDENTIAL BOYCOTTED FOR 30 YEARS EVERY 2 YEARS, SECURITY COUNCIL RESOLUTIONS AGAINST THE NATION IN QUESTION FOR NO NUCLEAR WEAPONS, AND NO NUCLEAR FACILITIES IN THEIR COUNTRY. Constitutional relevance: Section 4. Internal NLUO members who are found to have committed treason. Any member of the NLUO found, under this Act, to have committed a Level 7 Felony, with an attempt to commit treason, all appropriate laws and NLUO voting policies will determine the future of membership for this act of treason within the NLUO. If any member engage in "espionage" outlined in section 4 (a) have committed and act of treason. The New Little Upsilon Order will consider nuclear retaliation. (a.) involves a government or individual obtaining information that is considered secret or confidential without the permission of the holder of the information. This government or individual may be secretly or publically apart of an opposition organization of a particular government, corporate entity, and or specific individuals based on nationality, ethnicity, religous beliefs, or general belief etc. Ex) CIA, KGB, Libiyan Revolutionary Committee, PKG, etc. This will be a public live chat hearing. All parties must appear in court or the case will be dismissed. President Shave will be contacted by the Secretary of Justice of his ability to come before a jury trial or bench trial.

I would need to see a copy of all legislation pertaining to the trial process, its rules, and a guarantee of a fair and balanced trial. I want the right to choose my own council! and a balanced hand in choosing the jury delegates, made up of international delegates 50% within the NLUO and 50% outside of the NLUO. if the legislation is not there then I want it written, with a clear set of rules that everyone is accountable to, non Biased to NLUO interests! the trial would be based upon acts committed before the original inquiry, all acts after would have to be omitted as these were acts of war having been done in response to acts of legal tampering and aggression on the part of the NLUO. also, Wendy, Lee, and anyone out side of the NLUO court, aside from impartial delegates within the NLUO community cannot be a part of the proceedings, nor can they open their mouths at all during the proceedings, as this would open the door to an unfair ruling. if the NLUO is prepared to meet these basic requirements, then for the possibility of peace on LU, I will submit myself to the court, and if found guilty, by a jury of my peers, done completely fair, then I will agree for a PERIOD OF TIME! to dismantle all C3 countries, Dis ban any Nuclear affiliations, and remain at WL2 for a period of no less then 6 real months. in addition all hostilities would have to cease on the part of the NLUO and all its member nations against the Hydra alliance with a guarantee of a peaceful resolution. having in place the stipulation that the NLUO will no longer refer to itself as the World Government, but as A World League of Nations. now guys, considering the fact that there is really nothing you could ever do to me anyway, I would say that this is about the best deal you are gonna get.

So my opinions relative to the NLUO or bonehead moves like this security council maneuver on your part IS in fact relevant. Furthermore, I disagree vehemently with SweetPea's post.
