Ppc is "Production per capita", found simply by dividing Production over Population.

Complexes are groups of affiliated federations that have adopted recognizable naming conventions. If you would like your federation to be counted as a complex, please adopt a recognizable naming convention of the form "[acronym/name] branch name".

Rank is purely based on population.
