Security Council economic aid cannot be given to a country if the Net Cash exceeds 2 Trillion $E.
Also I can only propose to give Security Council economic aid on Golden Rainbow and Little Upsilon.

hello! i just started a country a few days ago FortressHell. i took over another country Threshold and it is losing money every month i dont know if you consider slave countrys for the aid but if you do Threshold is in pretty bad financial standings.

New players in need of a money boost please let meh know. Aid has been reduced from 4T to 2T, but aid is aid. Please be aware that a large military will eat your country profit and players tend not to be willing to vote "yes" to giving aid if you're new and have a huge military. Please try to develop your economy.

Good luck with your country. Remember to keep military cost down, and invite CEO's to invest in your country. Keep your taxes as low as possible as an incentive to CEO's; they pay your country fees in order to operate there.
