Is it just me or is LU having more than usual short of upgrades? I haven't been able to get either sort of upgrade for my factories for a week or so. |

I am not getting any either so you are not alone, guess there must be a shortage, does anyone know a way to improve the chance of getting some. Someone must be getting them what are we doing different?
I played once before but I never remember them taking this long. |

As far as I'm aware the only way to speed up the purchases is to change the purchases to immediate orders. The only way I can see this to be done is go into each corporation and do it manually. |

You could buy a booster which allows you to upgrade a corp to 200 immediately. |

so the upgrades you get from boosting are dependent on the market, they just magically appear? |

They magically appear if you boost.
My corps are getting their upgrades, every few months but coming through steadily. |
