 | Wednesday, October 5, 2011 - 05:01 pm  Does anyone know why my state corps would not be receiving upgrades? I've set them all to auto order both kinds and they all have had 2 pending in both slots for several real days, but they still stand at 100Q 100E. Am I doing something wrong?
