I'll add more features and take requests (such as a flagging or rating system) They expire after 4 weeks, sorted by date. Within 1 week old has top catagory to help sort old ceo requests.

| Thursday, October 13, 2011 - 07:53 am bump for improvements. Rating system (-5 to 5), don't abuse New tag "Add Pop: This country will purchase or transfer population to meet population shortages." Re-adding or updading your country (bumping) will override the old one.
