Dear Fellow Members,
Fellow members of the Security Council, I am of the mind to reject this proposal.
If the the president of CG 3000 mislead about this sale, there wass ample time to inspect the country and the GM enforces a maximum of a 5% deviance in assets etc., so this is my mind is not to be supported.
I voted to REJECT.
Serious issues should be brought before the council and and as this is less substantial, it should have at least been discussed in advance. |

Let me assure the SC community that CG 3000 has had over 500trill in weapons and ammo for the better part of 2011. I have responded to the GM to this situation and will also share with the SC community as to what happened.
I purchased CG 3002, formerly known as IRONHORSE, from Border on Saturday morning, East Coast time. Later that evening I logged into my account and recevied this message from President John Henry....

Border put this country up when I was at camp so I couldn't bid on it....will offer 1750gc for it...I know it went for 1500gc on the market."
I responded by saying that I wanted 2200GC's for it. Late last night John Henry offered me 2000GC's for the country and I even copy and pasted the weapons and ammo to him via a personal chat. We agreed on the trade and IMMEDIATLY processed the trade. I have three countries and a C3 that I took yesterday. Only one country has 500 trill in weapons and ammo and that is CG 3000, formerly known as LEX NATION. I have the chart that shows my assets for the past three days and you see a normal ebb and flow of asset values. I have no clue whatsoever in what happened during this trade but I assure the SC Community that I did no wrong doing nor transferred any assets from the time of the transaction with John Henry. I have asked the GM's to examine my account and fully investigate the situation.
For the record, I have played this game since October 2009, and as far as I know have not deserved the title of a "scammer". I keep to myself, only war with C3's (now), and play mostly as a part-time player. I used to play under the name of Slade and have good relations with the few people I chat with.
I would certainly like an answer to this issue as much as John Henry does but I think he needs to refrain from name calling and false accusations.

CarlosG is a scammer.... He lied to me on a country purchase...He said that the country had 310T in military assets...which the game did show...but he secretly moved majority of the weapons to CG 3000 before the game reset...After the reset, it stated less than 30T in military assets..no drought I will get my gc back from the gm, but I want to do everything possible to make him pay...including a boycott....It’s up to the great players of this world to punish this guy with extreme prejudice. Let’s stand together and vote for this proposal and boycott CG 3000. |

This is rightly a matter for the Gamemasters and it appears from an announcement in the General forumt that they're looking into it.
Players cannot make their minds up on an issue like this until the GMs have found out what happened.
The Security Council should not pre-empt any evidence ascertained by the GM.

Absolutely. And JH should think twice and get the info before defaming like that. I would be confident that things didnt happen like JH jumps to conclude, maybe he's just pissed because he missed out on BCs account for 1500GC. |

The GM has backed our vote against. It won 4 against v 3 for. The GM said that there no truth in the allegation.
The SC is wise to have the full facts before taking action. There was of course 3 that voted for and I would question there reasoning but will they reveal themselves lol. |

CarlosG is falsely accused.
a huge amount of ammunition disappeared indeed from the country.
However, the ammunition disappeared AFTER the sale of the country.
At the time of the sale, the country had all the assets in place and its value was as expected.
several hours after the sale, the weapons and ammunition disappeared.
we have dug this out in all details as we know exactly what was moved, where to and when.
we have detailed logs and we know what was at each space center, country stock etc. during each month run and between these runs.

Yes, James, I know Caroline Lucas personally and yes I voted for her and I'm a Green Party activist. I knock on doors and the whole works,
I've also set up a community organisation called Green Paws last year.
The Greens also took the council down here but the only shame we have is that we have a Tory either side of Brighton Pavillion constituency. |

East end of London/Essex border. Moved for work. Last time I went to Brighton I got accosted by a bunch of protesters trying to ban cars in Brighton center. Still love the place though and my wife and I will be taking the grandkids down there again in the spring. |

I spent 6 years in the East End before here, but I lived more central, I lived by Westferry station (next to Canary Wharf).
I had loads of mates from the surrounding areas like Dagenham and Romford etc. |
