I have the President stats for armies now. i was going to include the top 10, but decided to include every Empire 1% and above. It is amazingly only 28 Empires! The top 10 would end at just over 2%.

As I compiled this, I was struck at how much the game has changed in regards to military over the past couple of years. I found an old stats thread (President Stats dated Jan 26, 2009) to compare % in army. It did not have that column but it provided Total Population and Total in Army so I calculated a Top 10. It won't be comprehensive since some of the largest were not in countries with the largest populations. This only means we are missing some higher % numbers though. Here are the % in Army from Jan 2009 on LU.

Hmmm, I don't know. I did have a few countries download with 0's in some columns for some reason. Most were in production though. It may have done that in population for Raven Rock though.
