Give a shout out to one of the Security Council members (see Security Council menu from your country page) & see if you can get development aid to quickly pay off your remaining debt. Developing nuclear weapons is horrendously expensive - put it off until you are sure you can afford it.

The Cockney Report: Councillor CraftyCockney, Head of state of the Crafty commonwealth, acting under the directive and juristriction of the powers of the security council, has undertaken a thorough examination of the Region of Little Upsilon controlled by President Skullz. The councils attention was attracted to this region by certain accusations of development of a nuclear program with potential to develop weapons of mass destruction (WMD). While it is not the councils brief to control the policy of any state regarding defense or economy, the council does feel it has a duty to advise young economies in the matters of developing their countries in line with the common good of the planet to further and promote wealth, well being and safety of all who seek it. It was for these very reasons that presidents Skullzs' actions were investigated. Conclusion The report can catagorically state that no evidence whatsoever was found of any materials or infrastructure to support a nuclear program. President Skullz is indeed exhonerated and further accusations of his sinister intentions should be ignored. Further considerations I would commend president skullz to the council for reciept of $5T should s/he not have already received it, if any member could make such a proposition? I feel that it would be a conflict of interests for me to start a voting round personally (read: I already have a vote for someone else going!). Finally gentlemen, let us learn by history. When your advisors advise you that there is no legitimate threat let us take that advice and act accordingly. Cllr. CraftyCockney
