how do you close down special clinics, I have to many of them, and I think they are what all my money is being spent on!

Where you type in desired number, insert a lower number there. If you have 15 special clinics, you can convert 10 of those back to normal hospitals, typ in desired number "5". And behold, you would then have 5 specials, and 10 would be normal again.
