After the initial years of building up my little country i think its time to invest in more privately held companies. To aid in this effort i reduced the tax to 0%.

ALL the state corps are NOT up for bidding or sale, unless otherwise stated.
If you intend to keep on bidding on the state corps they will be nationalized.
