Kanto is currently on its way to 0% tax. Any non-military firm is up for grabs. Population is varied, abundant and educated. So a couple new corps or moved ones are welcome as well. You can trust my administrative skills. I played that game before but had to quit for health problems. I'll be on regularly for next 6 months (RL).
