Sunday, June 6, 2010 - 10:20 pm Distinguished procurators: My poor country Nebula has more deaths than births. Nebula's population declines by about 500,000 per year. This horrific tragedy causes massive labor shortages whenever the population declines below 95 million. Schools and hospitals are forced to close, some corps have insufficient workers, and the economy is in shambles. The profit and loss statement shows the dire economy. Meager profits are declining. These financial statements were audited by the accounting firm of Cheatem, Grabbitt, and Runne. As you see, I'm a poor noob struggling through tough economic times. A handout would be appreciated. Please give Nebula a bailout of 7.4 trillion. That gravy would be very tasty. A fat 7.4 trillion welfare check will allow me to buy 4 million population to stimulate Nebula's economic recovery. Surely you've heard that bailouts are the latest fashion. By providing me this bailout, you'll join the cool kids. What's 7.4 trillion among friends, right? So please throw 7.4 trillion in charity into my tin cup. Heck, nobody else seems to want your money.

Monday, June 7, 2010 - 02:47 am One thing that may be causing your worker problems is the total population of your country. I have observed that when the population goes over 75-80M it becomes very unstable. At least that has been my experience.

Monday, June 7, 2010 - 08:45 am Lol...I'm pretty sure there is a whole bunch of sarcasm here from Vicious...he's fully aware of what he is doing Serp...but it's nice of you to try to assist Also, sorry for the decs without explanation Vicious...totally my bad, should have communicated with you...hair trigger lately but that's no excuse.

Monday, June 7, 2010 - 06:49 pm Serpent, I agree that a high population is unsustainable. It dies too fast. But peaceful mode players like me need lots of population to rank up. We get shafted if we have a high population, and we get shafted if we don't. Maybe I should have distributed my population more evenly throughout my empire. Sigh... Whiteboy, I appreciate the explanation.
