Dear Interplanetary Community,
After many years serving his subjects, it is my sad duty to announce, Emperor Aqua Rainbow II, the longest serving monarch of the Atlantian-Mercian Empire has passed away at the Grand Old Age of 510!
Dolphin Sky now 601 was pardoned shortly before the passing of Aqua Rainbow II by he and has returned from exile; not to rule but to help forms a new government in a newly created Republic with an elected head of state and government.
