Licentia (Little Upsilon) | Tuesday, November 17, 2009 - 12:31 am If as a CEO, I close a corporation, will I receive the Net value (Cash - Debt) of the corporation into my enterprise. This ofcourse assumes that the corporation is in a C3. Also, what happens to any unsold products and the supplies in stock within the corporation. I have searched the Forum and have not found an answer to this, and would like to know the answer before i select the close button. |

One way to get the assets out is to perform an IPO and make it public, then sell off all the shares. This way you can surrender control of the company and get a good bit of your money back, while not wasting the upgrades for someone else. |
