Plato (Little Upsilon) | Sunday, September 27, 2009 - 05:06 am 0% would be even more attractive. |
Man Of Peace10 (Little Upsilon) | Sunday, September 27, 2009 - 01:29 pm I know, but then a country needs some tax if it is to survive. |
WeirdGeordie (Little Upsilon) | Sunday, September 27, 2009 - 09:57 pm Man of Peace: For your information, plenty of countries offer 0% tax as an incentive for CEOs to build corps. I have 0% tax in mine and I make plenty of profit. CEO controlled corps pay a fixed fee for having a corp in your country, whatever the tax rate. Most players find that encouraging lots of CEOs to build in their country by putting tax at 0% works out making more money than taxing! Hope that helps, |
Plato (Little Upsilon) | Monday, September 28, 2009 - 04:42 am I personally run all my countries at 0% tax and have often been #1 in FI. CEO corps pay you based on their production NOT profit, so you make money whether ot not they do. They also pay pretty well. The CEO makes you a ton of money and they generally pick profitable corps. With anything above 10% tax, the country gets too large of a benefit coampared to the Enterprise. Think about it. |
