Green Starfish has made a proposal to give me united development aid, and I beseech you to vote yes. I plan on using the money to help me reach level 2. The gifts and money I started with are already run out and i am -108B$, but I have only tried to improve my infrastructure, build corporations, and buy defensive weapons.

I just upgraded for 9 months today, so I plan on sticking around and learning to play this game. Your help is not without gratitude!

Anyone else interested, please check out my country "Retro." I have everything visible, and I also plan on starting a federation once I have some extra coins from leveling. I'm going to use the coins to build my country so it can be a strong leader once I start recruiting for my federation.
