I Wendy, The High Profite$$, would like to tell all presidents and CEOs
Regarding Nolan, I have warned you several times. I will be posting a few examples of clear warnings from me to you in the past, how I have given you a huge amount of time to take action.
I am not anti CEO. I had warned All of LU awhile ago about upcoming military operations that would likely cause them some damage. I asked that they reocate to avoid damages. At least from certain countries. I did this in several threads over the period of about 4 to six real months. Examples will follow, and an explicit warning can be found in a thread titled "Emergency action Message"

It has been brought before the High Profitess, a crime and plot most serious in nature.
After a long wait in the Dark I Could not be witheld any longer. I knewvit was only a matter of time before I was summoned by my Queen :Her Holiness ShcyzMattiCa.
She Tried with all purpose to play nice. But while away I did not slumber nor sleep. For my hands were hard at work, compiling a list. A very Special List. There are those that plot and plan with quick feet to do violence.
Trust me, we know who you are. "We have done well at tracking and exposing you". In all your evil deads and plans, albeit in public or private. While you slept, we stood over you in your beds, debating amongst ourselves, should we kill them while they slumber. "Nay!" one said. "Aye!" said the other. Our Queen, wise and prudent, just and fair in her dealings thundered, "Oh but wait for now, muahahahahaaaaa!"
The time has come for The Profite$$ of old.
BC, you want to learn, but we know of your plots and intentions. We knew them from the start. Though we gave you refuge temporarily from the nuclear rains that fell in the days of old, we kicked you out when the rains dissapated. We rejected you for reasons unspeakable.
BC is only one . . . a pawn in a chess game that will not end, in this sim life, or the next.

And now that everything is cleared up. I have been following things closely here. While I have been away I have not kept myself totally in the dark.
From what I understand, some of you guys like sizing Wendy up. I can see that she is pretty upset, and with good reason from what I read.
I've been around this block once or twice before, so lets see how this plays out.

I am placing LU on alert and issuing yet another statement. A few unwelcomed parties have popped up in my neighborhood as of late. While you may feel cool cozy and comfy, Lacerta isn't usually a peaceful place. I'd hate to have to put in an aid request for you as a result of accidental mouse clicking. I will fight you out of the area. I may not win, or overcome you all, but I will make it highly expensive and time consuming for you to stay. You dare lay in wait for me to offer you something? Nay, you chose Lacerta, you choose a slow and painful Death. Certainly you were not looking for Peace.
I am not happy. I tend to get cramped in tight spaces. You have a few options. . .
1. Message Govt and join them immediately.
2. Get off Lacerta, there are many peaceful ares for you to build in peace. Your military presence will not be tolerated. If you have come for problems, problems you will surely find. Do not think that jaw jacking on the forum and positioning around me is acceptable.
3. Die Slow . . . It is your choice.
I personally hope yu choose option 3.
Maybe you don't know, but I love to fight. And I have the time. Lots of time, no Visa needed.
Choose soon, b4 its too late, I will choose for you very soon.

Nolan, while I have no problem with you, please Vacate the area, this is a hostile environment, I am clueless as to why you choose South Dade or Lacerta to build your CEO. My enemies have aquired countries you have had in your possesion. Don't think I haven't noticed. Move it or lose it.
To all others :
There will be fallout, If I harm you, message me. If you need to make it more than that so be it. I care, but, I don't care.
To Steeleknife/Dalek Sec/Kiteless. Try keeping the same nick. We are aware of your actions and ambitions concerning Wendy. We were made aware of your intentions well prior to you actually attempting a fruitless execution of such plans. You have Phailed miserably. We know who you are and what you were up to. Your structure was infiltrated from the outset. Your plans tranparent, your movements were not fluid, ADN on top of that you made EVERY possible mistake concerning a crisis situation. You either moved too soon, too fast, or not at all.
All these mistakes led to your inevitable, miserable, and tremendous PHAILURE. By all means, for the luuv of Simcountry, dust yourself off and try again.
We will be waiting for your next move. Please refer to the crisis situation handbook for further instructions and a tutorial on avoiding past mistakes that ultimately lead to PHAILURE. I know for certain the first chapter is titled "DO NOT MESS WITH WENDY" for good cause. Take appropriate measures to avoid further PHAILURE.
