Dude send them all over my empire as many as you want for LLWs if you want them. Will accept asap.
Anyone else same goes, I have about 4 - 5 mil llw in most of my 20+ mil pop slaves and main, any high or mlw worker trades will work for me. If you have any health and education proffs I may accept them in limited numbers. Thx Have at it.

on one the salary level required less HTE
and one did not have need LLW
