ive been recieving bonuses like 1000 precision bonuses and that and ive decide to declare war on a free country but i cant use anything on opponent what do i need to do cos i no i have the units |

also when i go on set up airwings so i can attack with them it says i only have 83 precision bombers and i should have at least 4000 |

u need to assign active weapons into units.
some of your bombers may be deactivated due to lack of soldiers. you may be mistaken about the number of units u think you have i dont have but 2k bombers in my entire empire no way u could have 4k, maybe u got 4k bombs and only 83 planes to drop em? |

no in the bonuses u get from logging in every few hours ive had 4 of the ones that say something like we have assigned 1000 precision bombers and 3000 precision bombs to your offensive forces |

Pull down the "war" tab and go to "offensive forces" and then "reactivate weapons".
Also check "military units" then "show air wings". Your bombers might already be in a bombing wing. you can dismantle your units and then build a new one. |
