Jan 6 2380: King Hezekiah E-United Israelite Empire signed a peace deal with Etruria after a long and rocky relationship with the country. The Elite Party Speaker, Empress Nanuar E-Country of Nanuar brokered the deal. Here is how it breaks down: 1) Hezekiah has to never associate Etruria's President as a terrorist or his nation as a terrorist nation. 2) He must not use propaganda to advance the war on terror via websites, web pages, forum propaganda etc.3) The war on Terror is over!!! No nation shall be listed as the Axis Powers again. 4.)He must remove his fleet from the shores of Etruria. Will Hezekiah make good on the deal? Is the War on Terrorism really over?
King Hezekiah, being the Secretary of State, and the Chairman of the Little Upsilon Foundation Think Tank, which specializes in foreign policy may have over stepped his boundaries in taking the NLUO through a cold war, and the war on Terrorism in general, yet gaining support from the majority of the Elite Party members, and the Chairman. The Chairman quickly withdrew her support for the war on Terror. The Speaker of the Elite Party, in an unpresidented move took more of a leadership role in the executive Branch of the Elite Party, and she is the leader of the Legislative Branch, in brokering that peace deal. Is this the beginning of the campaign for the Elite Party Chairmanship in 2383? King Hezekiah Was available for comment...
I'd like to thank Empress Nanuar for her hard work in this deal. She is a tireless advocate for peace. I felt that the way to go to get peace acomplished was to expose the terrorism, but some in some cases inocent nations got caught up in the cross fire.. I never meant to overstand my boundaries, and for that I am deeply sorry. A new day has dawned, and a kinder gentler World Government can emerge with a better relationship with the nations of LU..
Except, that fleet is still there. If you can't move it back to your main Hezzy, try moving it to a friends country first, and then back to your own country. Also, you forgot point 5. Hezzy will never again post spam on the forums. Yes, you are allowed to recruit. Yes you are allowed to post on here. I neither have the authority to stop that, nor would I want it. BUT, you are NOT allowed to post issues that concern only yourself, and things that only you will be interested in. You have a website for that, so keep it there and we will all be happy.
And just to make a quick point, I got in touch with Emperess Nanaur, not the other way around, but yes she has helped. As I said to her - it was actually good to talk to someone in NLUO who seems quite sane.
Anyway, I take it that fleet will be removed within the next 48 RL hours. Thats more than enough time if you do as I suggest above.

Stuart were you aware of the fact that HEZZY ask me if i wanted to Chair the NLUO again.
i said i would give him one last chance .. but if he failed to be guided .. the only other dealings i would have with him would be to renew WAR declarations against him..
Hezzy has yet to respond

Robert, I doubt you have recieved any fallout from any war with Hezzy, there are no player controlled countries in range.
Grayson, I have had 6 RL months of this and really cant be assed now. If Hezzy keeps his word then cool, if not - I promise you I will be the first to go to war with him.
You have just over 39 hours to move that fleet Hezzy. Check the first post on this thread if it isnt moving. If it isnt moved I will respond in kind - three fold. 3 fleets at every country that is a NLUO member, or suspected of being so. All of them. After that, you will have another 24 RL hours to comply. I'm sure I don't have to tell you what will happen if those 24 hours are allowed to expire.
Once again, I am being more than fair here. You have basically been given 3 RL days to move it or lose it.
I ask on behalf of your friends. Do the right thing for once.
