Saturday, January 31, 2009 - 10:55 am Good day all. I am pleased to announce the creation of a new concept - the Delegative Council of Little Upsilon. This is a meeting place for federations resident on Little Upsilon, where current topics can be debated and agreements reached. The overall idea is to encourage cooperation and fuel the diplomatic area of the game. This concept exists as a group on the new TNN site (see SC Associated sites, or http://tnn.simnews.org/) Each federation interested should register on the TNN site, then apply for membership to the DCLU group (find Delegative Council for Little Upsilon in a Group Search) where this application will be approved by the admin. The group requires that two delegates be sent from each federation, to ease time pressures on them and also help the democratic aspect. Both must register and apply for membership. Once this is done, you should post in the 'Embassy section of the forum.' (most of this is explained on the site). If you have any questions, find me in IRC or message me at Chaos I. I hope people see the potential of this and join

Saturday, January 31, 2009 - 10:12 pm "the democratic aspect" What democratic aspect? Are they just talking, or is there voting etc. going on?

Saturday, January 31, 2009 - 11:22 pm The federation picks their two delegates. By democratic aspect i was referring to the way in which the delegates represented their federations. If only one person stood for each fed, then they would have a very single-minded portrayal in debates.

Sunday, February 1, 2009 - 12:46 am I say, No feds. Who needs them. this sounds kinda like a new world order to me.

Sunday, February 1, 2009 - 01:26 am It doesn't involve any government making decisions, so it's nothing like NLUO

Sunday, February 1, 2009 - 01:30 am Not only that, but it's run by Dub - a respectable SC president.....

Sunday, February 1, 2009 - 12:44 pm No it's not a world order. It's just a forum where federation delegates can talk with other federation delegates. Bascially an asshat free place to talk.

Sunday, February 1, 2009 - 01:20 pm oh, so its just a new order for running world affairs! I was confused for a second.

Sunday, February 1, 2009 - 01:28 pm Human sight and character recognition is an amazing thing - it allows reading, communications and many other helpful things of an interactive nature. If you would kindly remove your head from your derier and wiped your eyes, you may be able to take advantage of it The DCLU is a forum for federations across LU to meet and talk to one another, instead of having to rely on MSN or the ingame chat feature. It will make no executive decisions about the future of LU (who has the right to anyway?). If federation A wants to contact Federation B about, for example, a peace treaty, they can do it on the forum with the insights and witness of other federations. It's only goal is to help fuel political debate.

Sunday, February 1, 2009 - 11:27 pm I was just giving you a hard time man. And I prefer my head in my derier...it's warmer.
