eh quite simply u just sell off all your population on the really badly stricken nations and then exchange at a smaller level of people to get the ratios better before adding back the population...if u want to keep ur corps u gotta go pillage probably 10 c3s to dump 7m llw for other stuff depending on what u want but if u really didnt care 6 would probably be enough. |
