Friday, January 16, 2009 - 05:17 am  Greetings to all the fine sim country presidents and CEOs. I have been having a blast with the ski trip. However, I was truly missing this world of make believe. So now it is back to business. So first things first. I wish to extend a great big note of thanks to both Ms. Wendy ShcyzMattiCa of Little Upsilon, and Mr. Crossdale of Little Upsilon for offering rebuttals to the outrageous demands of the unscrupulous, and psychotic Mr. Johanas Bilderburg of Little Upsilon a.k.a Mr. Sam Houston a.k.a Quetzalcoatl God of War. For your bold defense for my rights I am truly grateful. Next I must address the fact that upon my return to the office my Administrative Assistant, Ms. Cindy Blue has reported to me that neither Mr. Dubhthaigh of Little Upsilon a.k.a Caretaker, nor Mr. Stuart Taylor of Little Upsilon has attempted to contact me concerning setting up a meeting to try to work out some kind of of a peace agreement. Perhaps all of Ms. Wendy's and Mr. Crossdale's rebuttals finally made you realize the error in Mr. Houston's line of logic. I am more inclined to believe that you feel that your time is perhaps more valuable then mine. Additionally, I am inclined to believe that you think that my thoughts on the state of this conflict do not matter. Whatever the case may be I suppose I do not really care what your excuses may be. I will state for the record that I do not believe you were ever willing to listen to my side of this whole grizzly and cruel war between myself and LDI. Nor were you prepared to be faithful, and neutral mediators, but that your real agenda was to try to force upon myself and my federations your own ideas of how the conflict should be solved. This leads me to my next topic. I have consulted with both my accountant and my lawyer concerning the ramifications of your proposed peace agreement. Mr. Jim Wiess, my accountant, advised me that I should not give up any of my countries. He stated that he believed that the amount of entertainment derived from the countries that I own provided the greatest return of all of my entertainment investments. He also stated that W3 Creative had indeed made a mmog that is a worthwhile investment. He further stated that just because some nosy third party tries to impose their will on me does not mean that I have to go along with their belligerence. Finally, he went on to state that the very fact that Mr. Houston was so angered over the fact that I was not dumping any of my countries was well worth the 30 gold coin per month rent that simcountry charges. Mr. David Greer my lawyer offered several worthwhile insights as well. First he asserted that Mr. Caretaker's proposed peace agreement was not a binding agreement for me since I had not agreed to it in either a written or a verbal format. Additionally, this agreement is not binding for the United Confederation Federation as our charter has very specific language concerning all such international agreements:
Mr. Greer also stated that since the 2 countries of mine that are in question were never involved in the war with LDI, and that their worth is much more than that of a C3 that they should in no wise be considered as "war C3s." Conversely there are 2 of Mr. Johanas Bilderburg of Little Upsilon countries that were involved in the war and are about equal in worth to a C3. So I will assert that if anyone should be dumping any countries it is that Mr. Johanas Bilderburg of Little Upsilon should dispose of his 2 war C3s: Shooter One and Shooter Two. I will however make no such outrageous demand of Mr. Johanas Bilderburg of Little Upsilon. I believe that he should have the same freedom that I am seeking, to run his empire however he sees fit. This is something that I had tried to impress on Mr. Stuart Taylor of Little Upsilon. I will not give in to anyone's desire to impose his or her will on me and on the way that I run my empire. You Mr. Stuart Taylor of Little Upsilon said you did not want to allow this to occur either, but what about this statement from you.
You Mr. Stuart Taylor of Little Upsilon are even trying to dup everyone into thinking that there is a peace treaty, when at the very most what we have is a cease fire agreement. There is a big difference. Finally I ask for you to consider this Mr. Stuart Taylor of Little Upsilon you made the following statement in another thread that is exactly opposite to what I perceive you have tried to formulate in this thread.
It is my belief that since LDI was the aggressor I should have the right to defend myself against LDI. Furthermore that LDI should not be dictating any terms towards me or towards any of the presidents in my confederations. So perhaps you Mr. Stuart Taylor of Little Upsilon should start minding your own business and remain a "neutral bystander." Because the following statement is how I am now prone to perceive you.
So MY final answer is I will keep what is mine and I shall not entertain further discussion to any opposing demands.!!! Final thoughts. The more I have had to deal with the LDI and various others that are wanting to post in these forums in opposition to Ms. Wendy ShcyzMattiCa of Little Upsilon, the more I realize that she sees a valuable truth. I would like to shout that truth out to all of simcountry "Belligerents beware!! You may think you are so powerful but in reality it is just a game, and I do not care just how powerful you might think you are. If you want to confront me with an unprovoked war I am going to hurt you. As was noted in another thread my army got stronger but LDI's army shrunk. Stats Stats In closing my real life boss is overjoyed that I unleashed such a tumultuous assault of nuclear disasters against LDI, and continued to encourage me to "Nuke em some more, nuke em again for me!!!" As you already stated, you have just come back from a ski trip. I attempted to contact you when the peace agreement was being made, and as soon as i managed too you told me you were busy and logged off. DO you expect me to find out your phone numbers and phone you whilst on holiday?
There is a cease fire agreement. Check on the forum.
I was not made aware of this when Dizzy agreed to the cease fire on behalf of every involved party on his side. Furthermore, when i specifically enquired as to whether this cease fire would be binding to everyone on your side of the war, Dizzy, Nute etc, he categorically said it did. Dizzy's word was good enough for me in that case, and any further disagreements should not be directed at me. Regarding those two countries that remain on Sam's borders, i would be happy to buy them from you in the name of peace.

Thus stating- cease fire was nullified from the time it's creation. No person, other than Dizzy, is bound to said agreement. This is in no ways a declaration of hostile intentions. | Friday, January 16, 2009 - 11:42 pm The UC is a loose complex of Nation States that share economic and Military support. Each President retains independence of choice and will. As long as the charter is not violated in unflattering means, presidents are free to do as they choose. This allows free thought. It also prevents- one person speaking for the fed. Which is against the whole foundation of the UC. One person may claim to be in control, when in all reality, the chairman can be likened to a bullrider. You no more control the beast then the beast controls you. Nute is a good chairman because he enjoys rush. Trust me. I will investigate, but for Internal UC matters. Once again- Without a vote of direct consent given, the UC Does not HAVE to abide by any treaties, ceasefires and such. Such is the way of TRUE democracy in action.

However, is it not the case the UC charter forbids the UC to be a fed on any other world than GR? If so, a majority vote is not needed. Dizzy must have spoken for you as a group of players warring on the same side, not as UC chairman to UC members. Don't try and wriggle out of this. If you want war, it's not my place to try and stop you satisfying it. Just don't use contradictory bullshit to justify it

| Saturday, January 17, 2009 - 12:32 am Dizzy spoke for your side in the agreement, he definitely said it applied to all of you. If the UC is not on LU then the majority rule does not apply. Either say Dizzy was wrong/lied about the truce being binding, or abide by it.
